Hormone Balancing Tea Blend
Imagine walking through the garden, enjoying the breeze, cherishing the bees polonating your flowering herbs, collecting each herb by hand to later dry to help nurish fellow womens bodies... on my walk I collected hibisuc flowers, oregano flower and leaf, redclover flowers, spearmint leaves, and rose blooms. I mechanically dehydrate for serveral hours until the herbs crumble. They are then blended together ready to be served and enjoyed as loose leaf tea.
Instructions:
- Measure: Use approximately 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup (8 ounces) of water. Adjust based on your taste preference.
- Heat Water: Bring water to the appropriate temperature for the type of tea you're using (e.g., 175°F for green tea, 200°F for black tea).
- Steep: Place the loose leaf tea in a tea infuser or directly in the pot. Pour the heated water over the tea and steep for the recommended time (typically 2-3 minutes for green tea, 3-5 minutes for black tea).
- Strain: Remove the infuser or strain the tea to separate the leaves.
- Serve: Enjoy your tea as is or add sweeteners, milk, or lemon as desired.
Experiment with steeping times and temperatures to find your perfect brew!
